Personal Care Services Provided by Certified Home Health Aides, Certified Nurse Assistants and Direct Support Professionals
We provide the following services:
Daily Living Activities and Mobility
Assisting the client with personal hygiene (i.e., bathing, grooming, dressing), laundry and linen changes, light housekeeping, meal preparation, feeding, and helping the client ambulate, transfer, and use canes, walkers, or wheelchairs.
Health & Wellness Support
We assist with physician- or physical therapist–recommended exercises, provide medication reminders, and offer supportive companionship to promote overall well-being.
Errand Services, Transportation & Family Support
We assist with everyday errands and grocery shopping, as well as provide transportation and escort services to appointments, senior centers, clinics, and pharmacies.
Respite Care
We offer temporary relief for family caregivers by providing dependable support and care for your loved one when you need time to rest or attend to other responsibilities.
Companion Services / In-Home Support
We provide companionship and assistance with everyday household tasks, including laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other general home needs, as well as support with community outings and activities for clients to encourage engagement, independence, and social participation.
Sitter Services
We offer supportive sitting services as an extra layer of care in settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or hospitals.
